Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. You must contact us before making a return at contact@destroyordie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you purchased a non-Destroy or Die product from our website, please send it back to us and not the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number).
Non-Refundable or Partially Refundable Products:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
- Items that are made to order, such as fibreglass parts, are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Non-Destroy or Die items (based on supplier discretion).
- 'Not for road use' products damaged due to careless driving.
- Customs fees for returned items are the customers responsibility.
- A restocking fee may be charged.
- Incorrect chargebacks.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@destroyordie.com.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit/debit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
- If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at: contact@destroyordie.com.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased with discount codes may not be eligible for a full refund. Clearance items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
EXCHANGES
We may replace defective or damaged items under warranty. You must provide proof of your original order and photos/videos of the product. For size exchanges or similar requests, please contact us at contact@destroyordie.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. A digital gift card will be sent via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ON ARRIVAL:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item upon delivery, contact us immediately at contact@destroyordie.com. Please send us photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
By using our Collection or Destroy Delivery service for fibreglass parts, you have the opportunity to inspect the part and raise any complaints or queries before signing a customer agreement document and accepting delivery. Complaints raised after signing will not be accepted.
Items that are made to order are non-refundable unless faulty. Therefore, refunds or returns after signing a customer agreement document will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Non-faulty item shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is for a faulty item, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items we do not receive.
If an item is returned to us because it was undeliverable, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to have it resent.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to receive a full refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
